Rebecca Payton counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings.
Rebecca earned her law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and a B.A. in honors English literature from the University of Tennessee. During law school, Rebecca served as an intern with the U.S. House of Representatives.
