Juhi Patel focuses her practice on counseling clients regarding the development and protection of clients’ intellectual property assets, with an emphasis on trademark law and brand development and protection. Juhi advises clients across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, food and beverage, technology, media and entertainment, to develop trademark filing, protection, and enforcement strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Juhi was an examining attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), where she rendered agency decisions on procedural and statutory issues, as well as successfully defended the agency’s position in ex parte appeals to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
