Janice Parmar advises emerging and public companies on a variety of corporate and securities law matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance and corporate formation.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Janice practiced in the Palo Alto, California, office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. Prior to her work at Wilson Sonsini, Janice practiced at Dewey & LeBeouf LLP in New York. She earned her law degree from New York University and a received a B.A. in economics, Germanic studies and political science from Indiana University.
