Greg Parker counsels technology companies on the procurement and enforcement of intellectual property rights. He focuses on patent, trademark, trade secrets and copyright disputes, representing clients in a diverse range of technologies in intellectual property disputes across the country. He is a registered U.S. patent attorney with a degree in molecular and cellular biology. Greg has significant experience with patent office proceedings including interference and derivation proceedings.

Greg also advises clients on the acquisition and licensing of intellectual property assets. He provides clients with strategic guidance on the strengths and weaknesses of intellectual property portfolios, including advising on clearance, validity, infringement and enforceability issues to help clients make well-informed business decisions. His practice includes patent strategy and counseling for clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
