Jackie Papish is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She represents clients in a range of high-stakes commercial litigation matters, working with companies across a variety of industries, including healthcare and technology. Jackie also defends clients against government investigations.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Jackie was an associate at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of the litigation process, from early dispute resolution through appeal. Prior to joining Boies Schiller Flexner, Jackie clerked for the Hon. William S. Duffey, Jr. on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and was an associate in the New York office of another major law firm focused on securities litigation and government investigations.
