Carter-William Palek counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings.
Carter-William earned his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and a B.A. in political science from Auburn University. During law school, Carter-William served as a legal fellow for the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Reform and as a law clerk for the Honorable John H. Sugiyama through the American Bar Association’s Judicial Internship Opportunity Program.
