Allie McNamara provides healthcare regulatory and transactional counsel as it relates to mergers and acquisitions, compliance and operational matters.
Allie earned her law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and an MHA from the University of Kentucky College of Public Health. She earned a B.S. in business administration and European history from Washington and Lee University. During school, Allie served as an administrative resident at Williamson Medical Center (Franklin, Tennessee) and as an emergency department intern at UK HealthCare (Lexington, Kentucky).
