Tony has represented and counseled clients involving:

  • Financial institution and broker-dealer liability claims, including those brought under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection, and Bank Secrecy Acts, Regulations E and J, the Tennessee Financial Records Privacy and Tennessee Consumer Protection Acts, and the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, and those incorporating customary negligence and misrepresentation accusations.
  • Data security and privacy matters, including electronic information security best practices, data breach ramifications and response, data retention plans, and design and use of creative technology solutions for data management. Tony is the immediate past chairman of the Lex Mundi Knowledge Management Subcommittee.
