Anna Looney advises clients on real estate and commercial finance transactions across a variety of industries, as well as on environmental issues related to the same. Her practice includes:

  • Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of real property, with a particular focus on environmental issues and environmental impact.
  • Negotiating and drafting solar leases, office leases, retail leases, subleases and amendments for landlords and tenants.
  • Representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including acquisition and construction loans, term loan facilities, asset-based secured financings and revolving credit facilities.

Anna also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, for public and private companies, which involve financing, real estate, and environmental issues.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Anna was at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York.
