William Kent counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. He works within a range of industries, including consumer retail and real estate investment trusts (REIT).
William earned a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Georgia.
