Danielle Irvine is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group where she counsels clients on matters related to business and healthcare disputes, criminal prosecutions, and government and regulatory compliance concerning healthcare and antitrust matters.

Danielle focuses her practice primarily on:

  • Business Litigation – Advising clients in various civil and criminal matters for breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts.
  • Antitrust Litigation and Compliance – Providing counsel and analysis in antitrust litigation, proposed mergers and acquisitions, Hart-Scott Rodino Act (HSR) pre-merger filing notifications, and Second Request compliance.
  • Healthcare Litigation and Investigations – Defending clients facing scrutiny in Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) and False Claims Act (FCA) litigation and assisting in investigations involving internal compliance matters.

Danielle is also actively involved in the firm’s pro bono initiatives as an advocate for constitutional rights, wrongful conviction relief, and criminal justice reform. In 2020, she completed the firm’s Fellowship placement program, serving for six months in a pro bono capacity with the Tennessee Innocence Project (TIP) and continues to work with TIP on matters involving post-conviction relief.
