Danielle Irvine is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group where she counsels clients on matters related to business and healthcare disputes, criminal prosecutions, and government and regulatory compliance concerning healthcare and antitrust matters.

Danielle focuses her practice primarily on:

  • Business Disputes – Advising clients in various disputes for breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts.
  • Healthcare Disputes and Investigations – Defending clients facing scrutiny in False Claims Act (FCA) litigation and assisting in investigations involving internal compliance matters.
  • Antitrust – Representing clients in an array of antitrust matters, including antitrust litigation and Hart-Scott Rodino Act (HSR) pre-merger filing notifications.

Danielle is also actively involved in the firm’s pro bono initiatives, as an advocate for constitutional rights, wrongful conviction relief, and criminal justice reform. Last year, she completed the firm’s Fellowship placement program, serving for six months in a pro bono capacity with the Tennessee Innocence Project. Additionally, Danielle is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Adoption Team.
