Danielle Irvine is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group where she counsels clients on matters related to business and healthcare disputes, government compliance, products liability and tort, and consumer protection and antitrust.

Danielle focuses her practice primarily on:

  • Business Disputes – Advising clients in various disputes for breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts.
  • Healthcare Disputes and Investigations – Defending clients facing scrutiny in False Claims Act (FCA) litigation and assisting in investigations involving internal compliance matters.
  • Products Liability & Torts – Representing clients in a variety of industries involving mass torts and single-action claims.

Danielle is also actively involved in the firm’s pro bono initiatives, as an advocate for constitutional rights of indigent defendants and as a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Adoption Team.
