Lauren Huddleston represents companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the healthcare industry in corporate and transactional matters. Her experience includes growth capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, carve-out transactions and leveraged buyouts, including the largest U.S. leveraged buyout announced in 2015.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Lauren was an associate at Moore & Van Allen PLLC and at Alston & Bird LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina.
