Brooke Howlett is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group where she represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes and business torts. Brooke also assists clients in responding to government investigations and related civil and criminal proceedings, including allegations related to the False Claims Act (FCA).

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Brooke was an associate at Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP in Seattle, Washington, where she represented clients in disputes involving white collar crime, intellectual property, and media law issues. During law school, Brooke served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington for the Honorable Ricardo S. Martinez.
