Taylor Hillman assists clients throughout the contracting process with federal, state and local governments. In this capacity, she provides advice related to corporate compliance programs, investigations, protests and other matters. In addition, Taylor works with companies on international trade compliance related to economic sanctions and embargoes, export controls, anti-bribery regulations and other customs and import controls.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Taylor was an associate in the litigation group at Roth Jackson Gibbons Condlin, PLC in Virginia.  Taylor previously served as a pro bono fellow for the Honorable Paul Grimm with the U.S. District Court of Maryland.
