Jenny Hill counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, she represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Jenny earned a law degree from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Jenny served as associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review. Jenny graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in health promotion and disease prevention.
