Jon Hasebe represents private and public companies in various corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity backed financings and general corporate strategic issues. His clients range from small start-ups to publicly traded entities at various stages of maturity. He has experience with regional, national and international clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare, hospitality, financial services, information technology, manufacturing, professional sports and automotive.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Jon was an associate at Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A. in Phoenix, Arizona.
