Nick Grunenwald counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and public company disclosure. He works within a range of industries, including banking and finance, government services and healthcare.

He has participated in several notable deals including the merger of two publicly traded healthcare companies, an all-stock transaction valued at $10 billion, and an NYSE-listed company’s $1.3 billion debt refinancing.

Nick earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. During law school, Nick interned for Judge Pamela Reeves in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. He earned a Master of Science degree in political science from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in geography from Louisiana Tech University.
