Parker Davis counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, private equity investments, and securities regulations matters and filings.
Parker earned her law degree from Harvard Law School and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She received an A.B. Degree in government with a minor in global health and health policy and a French language citation from Harvard University. Prior to pursuing her J.D./M.B.A., Parker worked at The Blackstone Group as a Legal and Product Structuring Analyst and interned at HCA Healthcare. During her graduate school program, she interned at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an Investment Banking Associate in the Healthcare Group.
