Kyle Conley counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, he represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Kyle earned a law degree from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and an undergraduate degree in political science and international studies from the University of Kentucky. During law school, Kyle served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rebecca Grady Jennings of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
