Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition and leasing of real property.
Marina also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, for public and private companies which involve financing and real estate issues.
Marina received her law degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. During law school she served as a judicial extern for the judges of the Eastern District of Kentucky Bankruptcy Court. Marina earned a Master of Public Health with a concentration in health promotion and behavior sciences from the University of Louisville and an undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from Morehead State University.
