Mark Buente counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. Utilizing his past experience working for sports and entertainment entities both on the professional and collegiate levels, Mark also represents clients nationwide in a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions, joint ventures, league expansions, financings, governance, naming rights agreements, and licensing.
Mark earned his law degree from The University of Chicago Law School and a B.B.A. in sports, event and hospitality management from The George Washington University School of Business. During law school he participated in the Doctoroff Business Leadership Program, a certificate-granting partnership between The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and the Law School for interdisciplinary study of business and law analytics.
