Bud Baker counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and public company disclosure. He works within a range of industries, including, healthcare, hospitality and automotive.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Bud was an associate at K&L Gates LLP in Raleigh, North Carolina. Bud earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law and served as a law clerk in the Office of Chief Counsel for the Transportation Security Administration in 2012. He earned a B.A. in political science from Duke University.
