Kelly Bahiraei is the Attorney Recruiting Manager at Bass, Berry & Sims. In this role, she is responsible for the recruitment of entry level associates and creation and management of the summer associate program for all the firm’s offices. Kelly additionally supports the firm’s recruitment of lateral associates.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Kelly was the Associate Director of Admissions, Recruitment and International Student Services at Vanderbilt Law School where she managed the recruitment process for prospective law school students. Kelly earned an Ed.D. in higher education leadership, policy and organization from Vanderbilt University Peabody College of Education, an M.A. in liberal arts and sciences with a concentration in history from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in history from Middle Tennessee State University.
