Martha Allard counsels clients in all aspects of intellectual property, with a heavy emphasis on trademark selection, registration and enforcement in the U.S. and abroad. She practices in both federal and state courts and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Martha regularly works with global-brand clients to achieve maximum brand protection. She routinely registers marks in the U.S. and in foreign countries, monitors marks for infringement, initiates litigation and nonlitigation enforcement efforts, and works closely with foreign counsel to stop overseas infringers and counterfeiters.
