Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Richard Arnholt provided comments for an article outlining the potential changes President Trump could make to Obama’s executive orders impacting government contractors. While no changes have been made to date, there is speculation that Trump will alter orders related to paid sick leave, higher minimum wages for employees of government contractors, and mandatory reporting of labor violations.
