Lauren B. Huddleston (Associate, Nashville) represents companies and private equity firms in the healthcare industry in corporate and transactional matters. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Huddleston was an associate at Moore & Van Allen PLLC and at Alston & Bird LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina. She earned a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law (2015), an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University School of Business (2015) and a B.A. from Furman University (2011).
Lauren Huddleston is currently licensed to practice in North Carolina and registered to practice in Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 7 Sec. 3.01.
Sheaniva H. Murray (Associate, Washington, D.C.) counsels clients in response to government actions, investigations and other litigation related to claims brought under various federal and state regulations, with a particular focus on advising clients in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Murray was a legal fellow in the Office of General Counsel at Inova Health System. She earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (2017), an M.A. from The George Washington University (2006) and a B.A. from The Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University (2003).
Sheaniva Murray is admitted to practice in Maryland. Pending approval of application for admission to practice in D.C., her work is being supervised by a licensed D.C. Bar member.
Sarah M. Pelham (Associate, Nashville) advises clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Pelham was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York. She earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law (2016) and a B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (2013).
Sarah Pelham is currently licensed to practice in New York and registered to practice in Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 7 Sec. 3.05.
Dawn Perez-Slavinski (Associate, Washington, D.C.) counsels healthcare clients on legal issues implicated by complex operational and transactional matters, such as issues involving anti-kickback and self-referral laws. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Perez-Slavinski was a program integrity attorney in the CMS Division of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the General Counsel (HHS-OGC). She earned a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law (2014) and a B.A. from New York University (2010).
