Taylor advises public and private companies in a variety of corporate and securities law matters, including securities regulation and corporate governance matters. Taylor devotes significant time to pro bono clients, including The Invisible Histories Project, an Alabama-based nonprofit focused on the collection and preservation of Southern LGBTQ stories and artifacts, and The Mosaic Institute, a Tennessee-based nonprofit that provides training to rising leaders of color in the education space. Taylor is also involved in the firm’s LGBTQ Affinity Group, recruiting committee, and in the leadership of the Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
