In-House Attorney, Corporate Counsel – Epic

Memphis, TN or Madison, WI

We are seeking exceptional transactional attorneys to join our legal team.

You’ll be on the forefront of an exciting and rapidly changing industry as Epic expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You’ll negotiate multi-million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations around the world. You’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership over other challenging projects including forging relationships with a variety of third parties, as well as compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic and professional background
  • Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
  • A willingness to be flexible and proactive in solving complex challenges
  • Ability to assist on projects as needed, including general corporate, vendor relationship and risk management issues, as well as assisting with the management of external counsel
  • Working knowledge of (or willingness to learn) data privacy and security laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA
  • Ability to contribute to the legal team’s ongoing efforts to create, improve and operationalize internal processes, best practices, and commercial templates
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
  • COVID-19 vaccination
