Serco to Acquire Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Inc. for $295 Million

We represented Serco Inc., a provider of professional, technology, and management services, in its definitive agreement to acquire Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Inc., a leading provider of advisory, engineering and technical services to the U.S. Military, for $295 million from an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital.

The acquisition will increase the scale, breadth and capability of Serco’s North American defense business and will give Serco a strong platform from which to address all major segments of the U.S. defense services market. This transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021, subject to regulatory approvals.
