Nashville Soccer Club Renegotiates Franchise Agreement with USL as part of Purchase by Nashville Soccer Holdings

We represented Nashville Soccer Holdings, a private entity led by John Ingram, in connection with its May 2017 purchase of a majority stake in DMD Soccer (d/b/a the Nashville Soccer Club) and more specifically in connection with the renegotiation of Nashville Soccer Club’s franchise agreement with the United Soccer League (USL), a Division 2 professional soccer league. Following this transaction, Tim Browne was retained as outside counsel to the Nashville Soccer Club.
