Internal Investigation for Public Paper Company

We served as lead counsel on the internal investigation related to a $10 million embezzlement by employee of a public paper company. We conducted numerous interviews and dealt with the FBI and U.S. Attorney’s office. As a result of the investigation and litigation, we were able to recover (including insurance recover) almost all the money that was stolen.
