Diversicare Healthcare Services Acquires Operations and Real Estate in Mississippi

We represented Diversicare Healthcare Services, a post-acute care facility provider, in their acquisition of operations of three facilities in Mississippi from Gulf Coast Health Care and also acquired the facilities’ real estate from Eagle Arc Partners and certain affiliates. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
