Defense of ATM ADA Class Actions

Bass, Berry & Sims represented firm bank clients in purported class actions alleging the ATMs of the banks failed to comply with accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  We were able to resolve those suits promptly on terms favorable to each client.
