AAC Holdings, Inc. 2014 Initial Public Offering

We represented AAC Holdings – parent company of American Addiction Centers – in its initial public offering (IPO) of 5,000,000 shares with estimated net proceeds of approximately $66 million (or up to 5.75 million shares and approximately $69 million if over allotment is exercised). William Blair, Raymond James served as joint book-running managers and Avondale was a co-manager.
