Bass, Berry & Sims attorney John Kelly will participate on a panel session titled, “Risk Adjustment Litigation and FCA Claims,” at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Inaugural National Managed Care Institute taking place November 17-18, 2020 over a virtual platform.
John will be joined by Alex Oliphant (Director, BRG) and Elizabeth Bock (O’Melveny and Myers LLP). The session will discuss False Claim Act actions related to data submissions and payments associated with Medicare Risk Adjustment and will cover the background and the mechanics of Medicare Risk Adjustment, including an overview of how risk adjustment works.
