ADA issues are increasingly prevalent in the workplace and are quickly becoming a favorite claim for plaintiffs’ lawyers. Due to the individualized nature of each situation and the lack of hard and fast rules, employers are struggling with how to manage the increasing number of ADA situations. This session will address the difficult and challenging issues presented by the ADA and offer practical guidance and advice for how to best manage potential accommodation issues under the ADA (and the occasional interplay with the FMLA).
