Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Jeff Gibson will present at the 19th Annual Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law Conference. Hosted by the American Bar Association Health Law section, it will cover the most emergent topics facing the healthcare bar. Jeff will speak on a session titled, “A Guide to Interacting with the DOJ and the Settlement Process in Enforcement Matters.” His session will be held on Friday, February 23 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Session topics include:
