Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Scott Thomas will participate in the Tennessee Bar Association’s (TBA) Environmental Law Forum. He will serve as a panelist on a session titled, “Brownfield Updates,” which will focus on recent developments in the Brownfield Program, including language updates and revisions to the Brownfield Voluntary Agreement.
The annual Environmental Law Forum will provide a timely update on legal issues involving brownfields, Tennessee Water Rule amendments and emerging contaminants presented by seasoned government, in-house and private practice attorneys.
