Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Dale Grimes will speak at the seminar, Collaboration, Consolidation & Collusion: Crucial Antitrust Concerns for the Healthcare Industry, hosted by the Memphis Bar Association (MBA). Since 2009, enforcers at the state and federal levels have significantly ramped up their efforts to police anticompetitive conduct within this industry. This two-hour seminar will help attorneys stay informed and be better prepared to minimize antitrust exposure.
