Vonne Jacobs joined Bass, Berry & Sims in April 2005 as an associate in the firm's Healthcare Industry Practice Area.  Vonne's practice includes transactional, operational and regulatory work for a broad range of health care providers and companies, including hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, physician organizations and specialty care providers.  Prior to joining the firm, Vonne was member of the healthcare and tax practices of Thompson Hine LLP in Cleveland, Ohio.

Vonne graduated from Furman University with a B.A. in business administration.  She received her law degree from the Duke University School of Law in 2002 where she was the South Carolina Law Alumni Scholar, student liaison of the ABA Section of Taxation and a member of the Black Law Students Association. 

Vonne is currently admitted to practice in Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Tax Court.
