Nashville, Tenn., June 6, 2006 - Bass, Berry & Sims is pleased to announce that Andrew L. McQueen and Krista L. Thornton have joined the firm's Nashville Downtown office.
Andy McQueen is rejoining Bass, Berry & Sims after having served as Assistant General Counsel for Spheris, Inc. He previously worked for the firm from 2001 to 2004. Mr. McQueen is joining the Corporate and Securities Practice Area. He received his law degree from the University of Texas in 2001.
Krista Thornton joins the firm's Healthcare Practice Area. She was previously an associate with Manier & Herod, P.C. in Nashville. Ms. Thornton received her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2004. She is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations and the Lawyers' Association for Women.
