Tatjana has additional experience with a wide variety of other legal matters, including corporate governance, executive compensation, disclosure and securities law compliance. Tatjana has represented clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including health care, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, information technology and biotechnology.

- Represented a global business management software solutions provider in its $5.8 billion acquisition of a NYSE-listed software and services company
- Represented a NASDAQ-listed multinational biopharmaceutical company in its $2.9 billion (excluding contingent value rights) acquisition of a NASDAQ-listed biotechnology company
- Represented a leading cropscience company in its $400 million acquisition of an agricultural biotechnology company
- Represented a NASDAQ-listed producer of fabricated aluminum products in its $90 million acquisition of the assets of a manufacturer of bare mechanical alloy wire products, nails and aluminum rod for aerospace, general engineering and automotive applications
- Represented a privately owned supermarket chain in its sale of 37 grocery stores
- Represented a private investment firm in its acquisition of a distributor of specialty seasonal apparel
- Represented a private equity fund in its acquisition of the assets of a provider of carpet, padding and hard surface flooring testing services
- Represented a private equity fund in its acquisition of the assets of a furniture retailer
Securities Offerings
- Represented a NYSE-listed retailer in its sale of $650 million of senior notes in a public offering
- Represented a NYSE-listed natural gas and oil exploration and production company in its sale of $475 million of senior notes in a public offering
- Represented a NYSE-listed manufacturer of building materials in its $375 million private placement of units consisting of senior secured notes and warrants to purchase shares of common stock and in its sale of $132.7 million of common stock in a public offering
- Represented a NYSE-listed managed care company in its sale of $301 million of common stock in a public offering
- Represented a NASDAQ-listed producer of fabricated aluminum products in its private placement of $175 million of cash convertible senior notes
Tatjana joined Bass, Berry & Sims in 2011. She was previously an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at Jones Day in Dallas. Tatjana earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law in 2006, summa cum laude, where she served as associate managing editor on the SMU Law Review. She earned a B.A. in history, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2003, where she was the graduation speaker.
