The American Lawyer Recognizes Bass, Berry & Sims' Real Estate Capital Markets
In the April 2007 issue of The American Lawyer, the magazine published its annual "Corporate Scorecard" for 2007. The Corporate Scorecard tracks the transactional practices of the leading law firms in the country. For REITS, Bass, Berry & Sims is ranked 7th for the number of issues as Underwriter's Counsel for REIT Debt in 2006.
