Taylor Gray joined Bass, Berry & Sims PLC in May 2007 in the firm’s Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Practice Area. Prior to joining the firm, Taylor practiced at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP and a predecessor commercial real estate firm. His practice includes the representation of both publicly traded and closely-held companies in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of real estate and other assets.
In 2003, Taylor received his J.D., cum laude, from The University of Memphis. While in law school, he was president of the Christian Legal Society, received various CALI Awards and the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award, and served as a graduate assistant. He graduated, magna cum laude, from The University of Memphis in 1999 with a B.A. degree in English literature and a minor in Latin.
