Tonya Bryan joined the firm in September 2007 as an associate in the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Area.
Tonya received her J.D. magna cum laude in May 2007 from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where she served as an associate editor on the University of Memphis Law Review and was a member of the Christian Legal Society. She was a recipient of the Best Appellate Brief Award, 2005-2007 Humphreys Fellowship, and CALI Awards in Professional Responsibility, Realty Transactions, Copyright and Criminal Law.
Prior to law school, Tonya received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Memphis with an emphasis on international business, finance and real estate. After receiving her M.B.A. degree, she worked as a marketing analyst for several national commercial real estate companies in Memphis, TN. In 1998, she graduated summa cum laude from the International Christian University in Vienna, Austria, with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Tonya is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
