Sehrish’s practice focuses on public equity offerings for both issuers and underwriters, as well as counseling corporations regarding compliance with the registration and disclosure requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission. She also counsels broker-dealers on compliance with applicable regulations of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in connection with the distribution of securities. Sehrish works with clients on a variety of corporate matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements.

- Underwriters' counsel in follow-on public offerings of various NASDAQ and NYSE traded REITs and business development companies aggregating over $220 million. Underwriters represented included Robert W. Baird, Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc., BB&T Capital Markets, Janney Montgomery Scott, Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. and Madison Williams and Company, LLC.
- Issuer’s counsel in initial public offering of 2.2 million shares of Texas-based REIT.
- Underwriters’ counsel for at the market offering programs of a publicly traded REIT.
- Issuer's counsel in public follow-on and initial public offerings of various NASDAQ and NYSE traded REITs and business development companies aggregating over $220 million.
- Counsel to various non-traded REITs for continuous offerings aggregating over $1.65 billion.
Sehrish serves on the firm’s professional development committee. During law school, she interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of the Inspector General where she assisted with internal audits and investigations. While at Georgetown, Sehrish also received a Certificate in Refugee and Humanitarian Emergencies and a Pro Bono Pledge Certificate from Georgetown University’s Law Center recognizing her commitment to pro bono work.
Currently she serves on the Financial Advisory Commission of the City of Germantown and is the Associate Subgrants Judge for the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division. Sehrish enjoys spending her free time with family and friends as well as volunteering for charitable and civic causes.
