Stephanie focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation.

Commercial and Banking: Stephanie has worked on litigation matters for Genesco and Morgan Keegan.

Healthcare: Stephanie has done extensive work for healthcare clients such as IASIS, HCA Inc. and Healthways, Inc. 

Environmental and Mass Torts: During her practice at Bass, Berry & Sims, Stephanie worked extensively on the Wyeth litigation.

Representative Matters include:
  • Wyeth Pharmaceuticals / diet drug litigation - Stephanie worked on the discovery end of the more than 2,000 cases our firm handled.
  • Genesco-UBS/Finish Line litigation – Stephanie worked on the discovery side of this piece of litigation.
  • IASIS – Stephanie worked on the discovery side of this government investigation.
  • HCA, Inc. – Stephanie worked on the discovery side of the litigation surrounding the leveraged buyout.
  • National Investment Firm - Stephanie has worked extensively on the document management/e-discovery team defending this client in the context of multi-state class action and multi-district securities and ERISA litigation and arbitrations.

In her spare time, Stephanie serves on the board of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Washington and Lee University Alumni Association and in the Lawyers' Association for Women. She and her husband, Kemp, a financial planner, have three sons, Asher, Raleigh & Witt.
