Seth joined Bass, Berry & Sims PLC in March 2007 as an associate in the firm's Healthcare Practice Area.  He graduated with university honors from Brigham Young University in 2003 with a B.A. in economics.  While at Brigham Young, Seth taught Spanish part-time and was selected as a writing fellow.  Seth published a summary of his honors thesis research, "The Marginal Utility of Student Writing," in the 2002-03 ORCA Research Journal.

In 2006, Seth received his J.D. with honors and Masters in Public Health from Emory University.  While in law school, Seth was vice president of the Emory Health Law Society and a member of the Emory Negotiating Team and the American Health Lawyers Association.  Also, during law school Seth clerked in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  In 2007, he was named as recipient of the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Health Law and also received the Annual Health Law Student Award from the American Society of Law, Medicine and Ethics.

Seth is married to Gretchen Killingbeck.  He lived in Argentina for two years and in London, England for a semester.
