Susan Foxman is a Member in the firm's Nashville office. She practices primarily in the areas of commercial lending, secured transactions, commercial real estate and general commercial law. Since joining the firm, Susan has devoted the majority of her professional time to the negotiation and documentation of a variety of commercial lending and real estate transactions, including project financings, revolving credit and term loan facilities, construction loans, corporate financings, sale-leaseback transactions, and commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Susan also has significant experience negotiating historical, agricultural and open-space conservation easements.

Originally from Shaker Heights, Ohio, Susan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan in 1991 and then received her M.A. in physical anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis in 1994. She received her law degree from the University of Michigan in 1998.
