Real Estate Transactions

While property values may rise and fall based on many factors, real estate remains a vital part of many businesses, regardless of size or industry. Savvy business leaders realize the importance of engaging seasoned legal counsel who have negotiated and closed the full spectrum of real estate transactions and ultimately had their structures, agreements and transactions tested throughout all types of economic cycles. We have experience representing a wide variety of interests at the closing table under a broad spectrum of cycles, conditions and circumstances.

From a single property transaction to a multi-state portfolio transaction, we represent the interests of buyers, sellers, developers, end users, investors, landlords, tenants, lending institutions, REITs, property managers and real estate operating companies. We help clients acquire, sell, finance and develop all types of real estate, from office and industrial, to retail and redevelopment districts, to residential subdivisions and multi-family apartments. Among our signature practices, we provide special counsel on transactions for hospitals, medical office buildings, retirement facilities, shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family buildings, hotels and industrial facilities.

We may work with dirt and concrete, but the key to our business is our people and the strength of their relationships with our clients and with all of the surveyors, title companies, appraisers, engineers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, lenders, planning commissions, utility companies, accountants, brokers, government agencies, tenants and others it takes to make a given project a success. We help quarterback all these players to achieve coordinated success.
